They start from May 10 onwards, but proper glow begins only when it rains slightly. If it stays dry, sightings remain low. Moonlight, humidity, and even noise impact how much glow is seen.
Between May 24 and June 22. Aim for no-moon nights, and go on weekdays if possible — less crowd means more glow.
