⛔ Organiser promotes Bonfire, Campfire or Barbeque These things suffocate and kill the firefly habitat during their mating season.

Igatpuri Campsite booking incident
An organiser runs a private Exclusive fireflies event at Igatpuri. After bookings close, no outsider is allowed inside. Every year, people land up directly, hoping to buy on-spot ticket, but get turned away. The zone is controlled. Only registered guests can stay. No Planning, Random behavior, Ignorance etc can cause lot of issues. Plan well before you visit

Instagram Scam No Refund, No Camp
One couple paid ₹1,200 as couple package to someone promoting a “Rajmachi Firefly Camp” via Instagram Stories. The payment was to a personal UPI ID. No receipt. No booking details. On arrival, no camp existed. Organiser vanished. No refund. No police help.

Bhandardara : Regret of Booking Cheap
A solo traveller found a ₹599 camping ad online and booked it. What she didn’t expect 250+ people at same campsite, loud shouting, blaring music, drunk boys groups, dirty toilets. She left the campsite without even seeing fireflies properly.
